ABOUT JKR TRAINING
JKR Training for Business Pty Ltd ("JKR") is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), established in 2005, accredited to deliver training and traineeships nationally.
JKR is managed by Joanne Rowe, who has many years experience in Instructional Design, Writing Training Programs, Implementation, Delivery and Mapping to the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) standards for road, rail and bus industries Australia wide.
About The JKR Team
Joanne Rowe is the Chief Executive Officer of JKR and holds a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Diploma in Logistics. Joanne has many years of experience in Instructional Design, Writing Training Programs, Implementation, Delivery and Mapping to the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) standards for the Transport and Logistics industry.
Paul Rowe is a Director of JKR and has over 35 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry. This experience includes over 25 years with the TNT Group in senior management positions and several other senior roles. Paul has completed a number of TNT in-house courses and also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
James Rowe is a Trainer with JKR and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Administration). James also holds a Master of Arts in Journalism degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Commercial radio broadcasting from the Australian, Film, Television and Radio school (AFTRS). James also manages all of JKR's critical IT infrastructure, and is also manager of the JKR Online, and JKR Software divisions of the JKR Training Group.
Margaret Goubil specializes in Frontline Management training for JKR. Margaret also trains the Transport and Logistics package. Margaret brings with her over 20 years management experience in the Australian Public Service involved in Training and Development, Project Management and Service Delivery Management. Margaret is also a teacher at the Canberra Institute of Technology delivering Business Services Packages. Margaret has qualifications in Frontline Management (BSB40104), Training and Assessment (TAA40104) and Transport and Distribution (TDT30102).
Gerry Fitzgerald and Alan Larmen are Senior Trainers with JKR in NSW and both have extensive experience in the heavy vehicle industry. Alan and Gerry both hold a Certificate IV in Driving Instruction and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Gerry Fitzgerald also holds a forklift licence and has many years of experience in forklift operations and has delivered forklift instructions to many of JKR's clients.
